Shipping & Returns
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 working days, if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source your ordered product we will contact you as soon as possible.
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see Returns Policy).
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable, please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs with the exception of ordered wallpaper and tinted paints.
We are unable to accept the return of any Goods, if the order was for paints produced by colour tinting machines or for wall coverings and fabrics correctly supplied as differences often arise during the manufacturing process.
Returning Outside the Returns Period
If your purchase is returned outside of the returns period, we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may instead return your purchase to you. Prior to sending it, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location. Proof of Purchase
No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.
Refunding Delivery Charges
Provided you have notified us in writing that you wish to cancel your order under the Consumer Contract Regulations you will be entitled to a full refund including delivery charges if applicable.
We are unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges when only part of your order is being cancelled.
Please be aware we only offer a refund where goods have not been shipped or on inspection of returned items. All refund requests are dealt with on a case by case basis.
Please always inspect your packages upon delivery. If you receive an empty or a damaged package you should not sign for it. If it is signed for the courier will not admit liability. Please check packages and if they are empty, short or damaged refuse to sign and contact us and we will begin the parcel claim procedure with you. If the parcel has been tampered with then open it and check the contents in front of the delivery driver, then only sign if you are happy with both contents and condition. Once a parcel has been signed for claims will not be permitted.
Please ensure that there is always someone available to take your parcel at the prescribed delivery address as re-delivery can incur extra carriage charges
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
